After the class we will have discussion time to go over any outstanding questions and put your mind at ease. This course includes a phone call with Aly after baby is born to discuss how things are going!

Home and hospital visits are available to families living within Central Frontenac. During this appointment, Aly will take a detailed history to learn about your journey that has led to the visit. She will then observe the breastfeeding and provide assistance (both verbal and hands on), followed by her assessment and recommendations.

During a virtual breastfeeding consultation we will cover the same topics as an in-person breastfeeding appointment. You will need wifi, adequate lighting, and access to a camera.
